Easy Kitchen Lab Return and Refund Policy

1. RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • We will cover the full cost of the return (including shipping costs) if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • For returns that are not the result of our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

To start the return process, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 

4. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

5. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
